The RLN4941 Motorola Earpiece features Coiled Acoustical Style Earpiece, 3.5mm Plug and Mushroom Ear Bud. The 3.5mm plug is Non Threaded

Command Tac makes a replacement RLN4941A which you can see a here at Two Way Radio Supply.  We have tested it and it is pretty much the same as the Motorola Original RLN4941A.

Will fit all remote speaker mics that have a 3.5mm accessory port
